GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONIES AT WAYNE TWP. FIRE DEPT. Firemen from Wayne Township Volunteer Fire Dept. Co. 10 (Clermont Community) recently held groundbreaking ceremonies for their proposed new fire station. Site of the firehouse will be S. Tansel Road, on land donated by the Clermont Lions Club.

The station will feature three bays, housing the community pumper, the town truck and a rescue truck. Also planned are a meeting room, kitchen and dormitory facilities. Residents of Clermont and community may expect a fund drive by firemen in the near future. Proceeds will go toward completion of the long overdue fire station.

Drinks will be furnished. The regular schedule of worship services-Sunday Church Schools continues this Sunday morning. Baby-sitting facilities are provided from 9-12 a.m. Speedway Alcoholics Anonymous gathers each Tuesday evening at 8:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.
