Program For Older Retarded A number of individuals and churches in Speedway have indicated an interest in organizing a program of recreation for retarded older children, teen-agers and adults in the westside community. These people are socially handicapped because so little has been organized for them. As a kick-off activity, the > senior Methodist Youth Fellowship of the Speedway Methodist Church is having a party on Sunday afternoon, April 28th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. There will be entertainment, games, refreshments and lots of fun. If you know of a retarded individual, (adult or child over 10) tell his parent to bring him. Plans will be revealed to the parents of other activities to follow. If any church in the community is desirous of participating in a continuing program of recreation for retardates, please call CH. 45216.
