HANDLEY TO SPEAK AT MARIAN Harold Handley, former Governor of Indiana, now president of the advertising-public relations firm of Handley & Miller, will speak at Marian College tonight as the second in a series entitled, ‘The Many Faces of Politics.” Mr. Handley’s subject will be, “Politics: The Executive Look.” He speaks at 8:15 p.m. The original program listed him to appear on Thursday, Feb. 28.
