Evening Div. ICC The Evening Division of Indiana Central College will inaugurate this summer a series of programs designed to assist recent high school graduates as well as adults who have not been in school for several years in their adjustment to the requirements of college. Review courses in mathematics and English grammar will meet two evenings per week for three weeks starting on August 14. Also planned is a course in preparing for college to be offered at the same time. Harry A. McGuff, director of the Evening Division, stated that with colleges continually raising their standards and with competition for entrance becoming even more intense, the success of a student in college requires more than intelligence. In addition to intelligence, students must have the ability to work constructively as well as the will to succeed in order to be successful. The work of this program is designed to assist the student in the development of proper mechanical processes necessary for success. An outline and registration form is available upon request to the college. Salvation Amy Bohooln The International Salvation Amy operates 1,078 day schools in various parts of the world.
