ATTEND CHURCH THIS SUNDAYI

SPEEDWAY CHRISTIAN CHURCH (Continued from Page 1) Mr. Robert Adams; Mrs. Rosa Ziegelmueller and George, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Vincent, in memory of William Ziegelmueller. Camp and Conference Breakfast this Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. All young people who plan to attend Camp or Conference are expected to attend the breakfast, which will be followed by singing and highlights of camp and conference life. Dr. Montgomery will speak and conduct the Commission Service. Sunday clothes will be the attire. The College-Age Choir will rehearse Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Also at 7:30 p.m. the Summer Choir will be organized. This choir is for regular choir members who wish to continue for the summer, plus non-choir members who simply want to sing and would like to serve their church in this way. We hope several will come to this first rehearsal. The Sixth Grade will hold a Work Shop Saturday, June 16th, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in their room. Singletons Japanese Garden Party will be held Saturday night, June 16th, at the home of Kitty Hill, 5020 W. 15th Street. A special invitation is extended to the seniors of the 1962 class. Casual dress is the order of the evening, 7:30 to 9:30. The annual dinner meeting for members at the Official Board and their husbands and wives will be held Tuesday evening, June 19th, at 6:30 p.m. Officers of the Official Board will be elected for the coming year. This occasion will also honor the retiring Board members and welcome the newly-elected members. We were pleased to welcome into our membership last Sunday Gene Cottongim, 1638 N. Tibbs, who came on his Confession of Faith. Miss Dee Swords also came forward to make her statement of Re-Affirmation of Faith. These two young people will be married in our church Saturday, June 16th.
