Florida Valencia oranges, in local markets, yield plump, juicy and virtually seedless sections for the fruited side of the upside down cake. Florida Party Upside Down Cake 1 package white or yellow cake mix Florida orange juice Vs cup butter or margarine Vt cup brown sugar 2 cups Florida orange sections*.
