LIONESS CLUB The regular meeting of the Speedway Lioness Club will be held April 16th at the Speedway State Bank at 8:00 p m. The following officers will be installed by Lioness Kay Wegener: Pres. ST. CHRISTOPHER’S CATHOLIC CHURCH (Continued from Pag? 1) topher and a past president of St. Christopher Altar Society. Mrs. Henry Taylor came home from the hospital last Wednesday. Loretta is in a cast and will be in and out of bed for some time. She may have company. The Mission at St. Christopher continues this week, especially for the men, but the ladies are invited also to the morning talks after the 5:30 and 8 o’clock Masses. The eight o’clock High Mass on Monday morning was sung for Frank J. Manion at the request of his brother, H. J. Manion. The Joe Aulbach family requested the Mass on Tuesday morning for Marie Aulbach. The Mass yesterday morning was said according to the intention of Mrs. Mary Zener. Doris Atkinson was remembered in the Mass this morning at the request of her St. Christopher bridge club. The Mass tomorrow morning will be for Walter Sahm at the request of the Robert Spitzer family. Constant Roger Bouchard, Jr. will be remembered in the Mass on Saturday morning. The John Whitmore family requested the Mass. The Annual St. Christopher Parish Dance will be Saturday evening April 28th from nine until midnight. There will be round dancing in the school social room to the music of Harold Cork and his orchestra. Refreshments will be served. For reservations call Mrs. Rita Springer, CH. 1-9107, or Mrs. Katie Grenda, CH. 1-9191. Next Wednesday night at 7 o’clock the Inquiry Classes will be resumed. The Sacred Heart Discussion Group met with Mrs. Rose Sherman on Monday evening at 8 o’clock. A retreat for high school girls will be held at the Fatima Retreat House, starting Friday, May 11th. Members of St. Christopher Altar Society will receive donations for flowers for the Altar for Easter after all the Masses Sunday morning. Green stamp books toward their 3650 book goal for their new school bus. If there is anyone who has S. & H.
