The entire congregation, as well as others in the community, are invited to attend. Choirs. Wednesday—Angelus, 3:16; Chapel, 6:30. Thursday— Chorale, 3:15; Motet, 6:30; Chancel, 7:45. Workers’ Conference for all teachers and church school workers will be conducted Wednesday, February 28th. The following schedule is designed to give specific help to these three areas: 7:30-8:00, Children’s Workers; 8:00-8:30, Youth Workers; 8:30, Adult Workers. “Interpretation and Teaching About God and Jesus Christ” will be presented for the children’s workers by a panel: Mrs. Watson, Mrs. Kelley, and Mrs. Slipher. For the youth workers, Mrs. Wilcox and Dr. Griffith. “Mature Christian Adult Understanding of God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit” for adult workers by Mrs. Eler, Mr. McClelland, and Mr. McDonald. The rose on our lectern last Sunday announced the birth of Julie Sue Urban born February 10th to Ronald and Betty Urban. We were happy to welcome into our church membership last Sunday the following: Mr. and Mrs. Juergen Ballast, 2728 Vinewood; and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Oliver, 2346 Winton. Saturday, March 3rd, Mrs. Evelyn Wagner from the Christian Theological Seminary will conduct a workshop on “Make-up for Drama,” beginning at 9:30 a.m. Any interested teens and adults from our church are invited.
