English—and the freedom and informality of the popular California trend, was designed by Indianapolis Architect, Joseph O. Cezar. The house, built in the $35,000.00 price range, features eight rooms of deluxe living, including a complete and separate dining room, three bedrooms with a fourth that serves as a den or spare bedroom, two large raisedhearth fireplaces, a combination kitchen and family room complete with beamed ceiling, and a circulation pattern which permits movement through the house without crossing other living areas. Aside from the Centerpiece model home, which takes only one-third of the vast pit area in the Manufacturers’ Building, the visitor will have the opportunity to view an expanse of 10,000 gardens and wooded areas. Over 2,000 trees and flowers have been planted by the Pottenger Nursery and Landscape Company, not to mention the 900 tons of sand fill and 3600 square feet of Blue Grass sod. As a side-light it might be pointed out that Lloyd Pottenger handled the landscape for the first Home Show. The show will again have a featured drawing each evening and give away over SIO,OOO in gifts. Heading this list will be an RCA Victor Color Television, given each night, except opening night. The 39 Marion County Garden Clubs of the Central District Garden Clubs of Indiana will be on one side of the Mall with floral arrangements. Their display will feature three table settings and four pedestal arrangements. Every other day the settings and arrangements will be changed with participating clubs vieing for awards. Members of the clubs will be on hand during the Show to discuss all phases of gardening and flower arrangement. The John Herron Art Institute will display their Art Rental Gallery on the other side of the Mall. On display will be paintings and
