SPEEDWAY METHODIST CHURCH (Continued from Page 1) Immanuel Choir (7th and Bth grade and High School) will rehearse today at 4:00 p.m.; Chancel Choir (adult) will rehearse tonight at 7:30 p.m.; and the Crusader Choir (sth and 6th grade) will rehearse Fri., Jan. 26, at 3:15 p.m., all at the church. Neighborama Coffee Hours will be held on Sunday morning, January 28, at the church, in Room 14. For those who worship at 9:00 o’clock, the informal coffee-time will be from 8:15-8:55. For those who worship at 10:45, it will be from 12:00 noon on. Coffee and donuts (and milk for children, too!) will be served. Everyone is invited. “Little Things—Big Difference” is the theme on which Rev. Howard E. Wright will speak at both services of worship on Sunday morning, January 28. At the 9:00 o’clock service the Crusader Choir will sing the Anthem, “Angry Words! O Let Them Never” by Palmer. At the 10:45 o’clock service the Chancel Choir will sing the Anthem, “Show Me Thy Way, O Lord” by Thompson. Mrs. Howard A. Robinson will be the offertory soloist at the latter service. In observance of Youth Sunday, Sr. Hi young people will participte in both morning services. Jr. Hi MYF will meet on Sunday, January 28, at 2:30 pan., at the church. Following their devotional service and business meeting the group will go to the I.U. Medical Center for a Swimming Party. Sr. Hi MYF will meet on Sunday, January 28, at 6:00 pan., at the church. Teens and Twenties will meet on Sunday, January 28, at 7:00 p.m., at the church. Instruction Class for incoming members (and Inquirers) will be held on Sunday, January 28, at 7:30 pan., in the parlor, at the church. Policy Committee will meet on Monday, January 29, at 7:30 p.m., at the church. Commission on Stewardship and Finance will have an important “called” meeting on Tuesday, January 30, at 7:30 pan., at the church. An All-Church Dinner will be held on Sunday, February 4, at 12:30 p.m. Bring food for pitch-in dinner. Rolls, butter, drink, and table service will be furnished. Call the church office by Friday, February 2, for reservations. The Christian Homebuilders Class has established a car pool for anyone needing transportation to and from Church or Church School. Persons desiring transportation are inviled to call the church office, CH. 1-1563, anytime after 8:30 ?an., on Sunday.
