Union Carbide Declares Dividend The board of directors of Union Carbide Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of ninety cents (90c) per share on the outstanding capital stock of the Corporation, payable December 1, 1961, to stockholders of record November 6, 1961. The last quarterly dividend was ninety cents (90c) per share paid September 1, 1961. Payment of this quarterly dividend on December 1 will make a total of $3.60 per share paid in 1961.

SPECIAL SQUARE DANCE NOTICE All square dancers are invited to attend a Mid-Night Special on Saturday, November 4th, two hours of continuous square dancing—from 12 until 2 a.m. This event will be held at the American Legion Hall, 1840 Sloan Road. The regular Saturday night square dance will be held at this hall 8-11 p.m., then a lunch served between 11 and 12, and the evening climaxed by the MidNight Special.
