Board of Zoning Appeals Of Town Of Speedway Prescribed Notice of Hearing On Petition For Variance All persons interested are hereby notified that on the 7th day of June, 1961 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, 1450 North Lyndhurst Drive, Speedway, Indiana, the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Speedway will hold a public hearing on a petition for a variance on the property at 4925 W. 15th Street, Speedway, Indiana, more particularly describ as follows: Lot No. 293 and the West 30 feet of Lot 292 in Speedway City -an Addition to the City of Indianapolis now in the Town of Speedway, Marion County, Indiana the Plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 2, in the Office of the Recorder of Marion County, Indiana. The petition requests the Board to grant a variance to permit the conversion of existing stone dwelling to a four (4) apartment building. The petition and file on this matter are available for examination during regular working hours at the Town Hall, 1450 North Lyndhurst Drive, Speedway, Indiana, until two days prior to the hearing date.
