ST. CHRISTOPHER’S CATHOLIC CHURCH (Continued from Page 1) The Junior CYO, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Brownies will receive corporate Holy Communion next Sunday at the eight o’clock Mass. All are welcome to the light breakfast which will be served in the social room after the Mass. Congratulations to our Junior CYO Freshman-Sophomore basketball team and their coach, Bob Kikendall. They won the League Championship Trophy last week. In preparation for the City-Wide Junior CYO Tennis Tourney, our Junior CYOers commenced their parish tourney Tuesday evening. On Monday morning the eight o’clock High Mass was an Anniversary Mass for James Ray at the request of Mary Reinhardt and Salivatore Ray. James Hammet, whose funeral Mass was said in St. Christopher Church last week, was remembered in the High Mass Tuesday morning at the request of a friend. Sister Bernadette requested that the High Mass be said yesterday morning for Rose Wiebell. Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Litzelman requested the Mass this morning for Myrtle Grande. On Friday morning the Mass will be said for the Burkhard and Hausmann families as requested by the John Burkhard family. Lillian Leach will be remembered in the Mass on Saturday morning at the request of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Reynolds. Ladies are asked to remember that Monday, February 20th, is the dead line to make reservation for the Ladies Retreat at Fatima on February 24th, 25th, and 26th.
