is sponsoring a bridge tournament for the benefit of the Mental Health Association. This event will be held Saturday, February 25, 1961 at 1:15 p.m. C.D.T. at the Western Electric Company plant, 2525 North Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis. Seventh Biennial Kiwanis Congressional Dinner The nearly 100 Kiwanians serving in the current United States Congress will be honored by Kiwanis International and the Kiwanis Club of Washington at a dinner in Washington, D. Principal speaker for the event which is expected to attract almost a thousand people will be Mr. J. O. Tally Jr., young Fayetteville, North Carolina attorney, who is the President of Kiwanis International. Engineer's Week Observance of National Engineers* Week in Indianapolis wih start with an open house in the State Highway Engineering Department. An invitation has been extended to engineers in Indiana to inspect the new Engineering Department facilities of the State Highway Commission of Indiana in the State Office Building. Governor Matthew E. Welsh will cut the ribbon at 10:00 a.m., Indianapolis time on Monday, February 20th. The engineering facilities of the State Highway Department .will be open for inspection from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Annual Engineers* Week Ball at the Columbia Club on Saturday evening, February 25th will conclude the Engineers’ Week activities.
