posed to be fighting, are we becoming upon the mythical and eternal Santa Claus called government. Luckily the government hasn’t undertaken such a task, although it has been advocated. They are though, incorporating shelters in all their new construction. The major reason for sounding our siren at 7 p.m. on the 1st day of each month is to get Speedway residents to realizing that they themselves have the most to gain and the largest portion of responsibility for their own family survival. I hoped to convey by last weeks article that certainly not all this effort be directed towards survival from enemy attack, but rather a large portion be channeled in everyway possible towards extending and protecting the rights of man not only in the heart of Africa and Asia but also in the heart of America. The best defense without an effective offensive isn’t going to win this world championship ballgame in which each of us is a player and will participate in the victory or defeat.
