Highway Safety through the Indiana State Office of Highway Safety. The Jaycee Road-E-O is an opportunity for all teen-agers to demonstrate to themselves and to their community that they are interested in increasing their knowledge of traffic laws and improve their driving ability, knowledge and habits and to stimulate community interest in high school driver education programs. We of the local Jaycees, as well as his classmates and Speedway citizens, wish to again congratulate James Harris for bringing to Speedway the State Teen-Age Driving Championship and after observing Jim in the finals, we know he will do well in the national competition. Bring the National Championship to Indiana and to Speedway, Jim; we know you can. The Jaycees and the Speedway citizens are backing you. Good luck. Norman Hambrock, Pres.
