ST. CHRISTOPHER’S CATHOLIC CHURCH (Continued from Page 1) ladies are invited. Young Catholic Adults will meet tonight, April 21st, at St. Joseph parish. Rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m. At the eight o’clock Mass Sunday morning forty-three girls and forty-three boys will receive their First Holy Communion. Sister Bernadette and Sister Davida, the first grade teachers, have been spending many hours instructing and preparing the children for this great moment in their lives. David Gambrall and Kevin Meuiner will lead the communicants into the church. This Mass isespecially for the First Communicants, their immediate families and very close friends. It is to be regretted that we can’t all attend this Mass and be a part of this wonderful ceremony, but after all the church will only sit just so many people—so please, let we other parishoners go to 6:30, 10 or 11:30 Mass. In preparation for the CYO Song Fest Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock in the Butler Field House, St. Christopher’s 6th, 7th, and Bth grade boys and girls practiced Tuesday at Cathedral and will practice today at Butler. They will sing with other groups from parochial schools in the county and city. Sister Mary Susan, sixth grade teacher, has been directing our boys and girls. Registration tomorrow, Friday, at 4:30 p.m. at Lyons Hall in Our Lady of Lourdes parish will open the Archdioceasan CYO convention. The convention will move on Saturday to Scecina high school, with the opening session beginning at 8:45 a.m. The annual Parish Dance is scheduled for Saturday evening, April 30th.' Reservations may be made with Nancy O’Hara (CH. I--8536), Morelia Hughes (CH. 1-8877), Rita Ringwood (CH. 1-5341), or Jeanne Dean (CH. 4-1679). Father Lindemann was on retreat most of this week.
