Westwood Country Club The Luncheon Bridge Christmas Party will be held Wednesday, December 9, at 12:00 Noon. Mrs. Joseph Rosner is General Chairman of the event. Assisting her, are Mrs. John Whitmore, chairman of Prizes, Mrs. Charles Navikas, dining room chairman and Mrs. Oscar Bender and Mrs. William Aust co-chairman of the kitchen. There are still a limited number of tickets available at the Club Office. The “Hits and Misses” are leading in bowling at the present time, having won 27% games and 11% lost. Last week there were 3 that rolled over 500. Pat Barnhart rolled 514, Norma Beuke 511, and Mary Lou Joyce 507. High single was Norma Beuke with 211. The Square dancers will dance to the call of J. Wykoff Saturday night, December 5. Time 8:00 to 11:00. Coffee and donuts will be served for refreshments. The 6th Graders will have a square dance Saturday, December 12th. Dancing will be from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Club ballroom. Dave Thompson and his “Rhythm Rockers” will play for the 7th and Bth Grade dance to be held Friday night December 18th. Time, 7:30 to 9:30.
