The program will concern “Town and Country Churches.” Dorcas Circle will meet Tuesday, September 8, 7:30 p.m. with Mrs. Ray Oeth, 4950 W. 14th Street. She will be assisted by Mrs. Walter Dugger. Worship will be conducted by Mrs, Manford Curtis, and the program “Town and Country Conditions” will be presented by Mrs. Irene Neese. Ladies Aid Circle will meet at the church in the newly decorated “Bethany Room,” on Wednesday, September 9th at 1:30 pun. Mrs. Grover Staley will act as hostess and Mrs. Ralph Rahm will conduct the worship service. C.W.F. Quarterly meeting. The first quarterly meeting of the Christian Women’s Fellowship will be a breakfast in Fellowship Hall on Thursday, September 10th. These quarterly meetings are for all the Circle as well as any of the ladies of the church who do not belong to the Circle. Dorcas Circle will act as hostess. The committee is planning a program that will be inspirational and informative regarding the World Convention in Scotland. Plan to join the Fellowship at 9:15 a.m.—we know you will enjoy it. Choir schedules. Angelus Choir will meet on Wednesday at 3:15 p.m. and the Chancel Choir will meet at 7:30 p.m. that evening. On Thursday, the Children’s Chorale will rehearse at 3:15, the Chapel Choir at 6:30, and the Cloister Choir at 7:30. Remember the dates: Wednesday, September 9th and Thursday, September 10th. Los Amigos Class will have a pitch-in dinner in Fellowship Hall on Friday, September 11th at 6:30 p.m. Drinks only will be furnished this time. This is the first meeting of the fall season and all members are urged to come as there is important business to be discussed. Paper Sale. We know you have all been saving your papers, magazines and old telephone directories for the Senior Hi Young People’s paper drive on Saturday, September 12th.
