A Good Egg The golden yolks of health, nutrition and good eating are still happily in abundance. It’s a wise shopper who uses lots of eggs now. Nutritionally eggs are rich in protein, minerals and vitamins, particularly Viamin A. It’s hard to think of a meal without eggs; they’re hidden everywhere, in breads, pastries, desserts, and main dishes. To make sure you get a good egg check information given on the container and always buy eggs which are on refrigerated displays. Different egg sizes frequently give the consumer better values for money spent. At present there are more eggs on the market in small or medium sizes. The medium size are a good value. Small eggs, though, are a prepackaged children’s size and are also useful for small portion preparation.
