Speedway Hobby And Homemakers The Speedway Hobby and Homemakers will meet Thursday, May 14th, at the home of Margaret Emmick, 4340 Springwood Trail, at 10:30 a.m. Veva Ludwig will be assistant hostess. The luncheon will consist of casseroles and salads, based on last month’s lesson. The lesson for this meeting will be on Decorations, to be given by Hazel Vehling and Margaret Emmick.

Wright will speak at both services of worship on Sunday, May 10. The Sacrament of Infant and Children’s Baptism will be observed at the 10:45 o’clock service. A Trio, Catherine Kirby, Anita Beatty, and Mary Jo Gossett, will sing the Choral Call to Worship, “Mothers Honored Today” at the 9:00 o’clock service. During the same service the Immanuel Choir will sing the Anthem, “Greater Love Hath No Man” by Mueller. Representatives from all churches of the Association will meet at 9:30 Saturday morning to hear talks and discussion concerning the plans for the Vacation Bible School to be held this summer. A dinner for the group will be served on the grounds by the women of the host church. Following these meetings the Executive Board of the Association will meet at the church at 1:30. On Saturday evening at 6:00 there will be choir rehearsal. If you like to sing you are invited to attend these rehearsals. Next Sunday Rev. James Deuel will again be with us as Supply Pastor and will bring both messages of the day.
