GIRL SCOUT NEWS Troop 450 elected new officers on February 9th, 1959. They are: president, Susan Wright; vicepresident, Sandra Little; secretary, Heidi Schunke; treasurer, Becky Sutherlin; reporter, Mary Reed. We had refreshments brought by Cindy Rumple. Our troop planned an International Friendship party. Then we closed our meeting by singing “Good Night Brownies.” Girl Scout Troop 23 enjoyed a delicious dinner prepared and served by half of the troop as a part of the Hospitality Badge. The girls who were hostesses were: Judy Keel, Diane Carey, Helen Bledsoe, Nancy Amick, Lana Little, Janet Thompson, Linda Eppen and Sally Darling. The table decorations were in keeping with the Valentine theme. Entertainment and games were also planned by these girls. The party was at Mrs. Bledsoe’s on Monday, Feb. 9. Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Carey worked with these girls in their planning and preparation.
