Karen Brown also received a first division for her piano solo. Second division winners were Marcia Pollock, Beverly Bates, Mary Jane Anderson, Sharon Tarplee, and Karen White in vocal solos and Marcia Pollock in a piano solo. Richard Stanton received a first digpion for a piano solo in the Junior High Division. Accompanists for the vocal solos included Paula Winterfeldt,
Sue Tood, Barbara Morris, and Linda Swails. Anyone wishing to purchase tickets for the Regional, Semistate, and Final State Basketball Tourney, should leave their order and money with Athletic Director Clyde Sallee by February 15. Regional tickets will be $1.75, Semi-state $2.25, and Finals $3.00. The varsity and reserve teams won from Danville last Friday night by 73-56 and 53-23 scores respectively. On Saturday night both teams lost to Washington High School, the varsity 85-71 and the reserves 36-34. In an overtime game last week the eighth grade team defeated Perry Township 29 to 27.
