St. Christopher's Catholic Cbirch 5335 West 16ih Stieet Rev. L -A. Lindemann Pastor Bev. R. J. Terrill Assistant Pastor Sunday Masses: 6:30—8:00—10:00—11:30 The Changing of Time Sunday caused confusion at St Christopher as well as at other places. However, Father Lindemann announced Monday that all the Masses, daily and Sunday, any and all services and activities at St. Christopher, as well as St. Christopher school, will be on Eastern Standard Time (or just like it was before Sunday, September 28th). However, the clocks have been moved back to State time to abide by the law. Tomorrow is First Friday and the feast day of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus—more widely known as the Little Flower. Saturday is First Saturday and the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi. Masses on Friday will be at 6:15 and 8 o’clock in the morning and at 8 o’clock in the evening. Forty-Hours Devotion will begin with the celebration of the High Mass on Friday morning at 8 o’clock for the parish. (Continued on page 7)

The Ballroom was beautifully decorated with balloons, leaves and chrysanthemums, thereby giving it a festive aire, and everyone sensed it and entered into the scheme of things, and as the autumn leaves dance to the ground, they too, tripped a light fantastic. Arrangements have been made with Johnny Black for dance lessons and though they are in progress, those wishing to enter may do so. Classes are held on Monday from 8-9. The Ballroom committee are making plans for their October 25 dance. z The Old Fashioned Box Social the Booster Club are sponsoring which will be held on Saturday, October 11 is creating quite a stir.
