Oldster X-Ray Program Persons who are past 50 years of age are the objects of special X-ray emphasis this week at the YWCA. 329 N. Pennsylvania St., as the Marion County Tuberculosis Association, in cooperation with State and local Health Departments, conducts a chest Xray survey there Friday. The portable X-ray unit will be in operation in the YWCA Social Hall, Friday from 9 to 12 noon and from 1 to 3 pm.

Speedway Little Leagae Football News (Continued from Pa<o 1) Allen. The 3rd-4th and sth-6th Grade teams started their schedule last Saturday morning with the following results: The Cardinals scored in every quarter but the third to defeat the Been 35 to 9. TD’s by Wagner—2, Berkopes and White—l each and on KSO yd. pass play Wolfla to Allen. PATs by Wolfla—2, White—2 and Webb —l. The Packers defeated the Lions 34 to 0, scoring in every quarter. The fast, hard driving backs of the Packers made the difference in the total play. 2 TD’s by Rains and one each by Wraight, Hoffman, Fisher and 4 PTA*s by Hoffman accounted for the scoring. Hubbard’s 3 touchdowns, one on a pass from Nilson and Nilson’s PAT gave the Sparks a 19 to 0 victory over the Rams. Although the Rams were defeated, Cohen and McAfee performed very well in the line; Wilkerson
and Lucas looked good in the backfield and Ronnie Feely kicked a beautiful 39 yd. puqt. A elose game was played by the Colts and Green Devils, the Colts coming out on top by a 13 to 6 score. Both teams played very well offensively and defensively. Lippard made both TD’s for the Colts and Matthews added the PAT. The Green Devils score resulted when Mike Short couldn’t find a receiver and elected to run the ball around right end. Two good blocks enabled him to go all the way on a 60 yard run. The Eagles defeated Municipal Gardens 13 to 9 Roach scored both TD’s. A pass from Roach to Laughlin accounted for the point after. The Eagles came along fast to defeat the visitors from Munici-

They plan to hike some new trails in the area. These woods have been described as “fabulous” in a recent article of a weekly magazine. Food is to be taken for an evening cook-out.
