ATTENTION FANS (Continued from Page 1) engagement of “The Unguarded Moment” on October 9th through 12th. This picture, Esther’s first dramatic one and her first for Universal-International Studios, is a tense suspense drama, and I know you won’t want to miss it. The co-feature is “Rock, Pretty Baby” a teen-age picture, but one with a good story. An extremely promising young actor named John Wilder is featured in both pictures. The on.y official John Wilder Fan Club in the world was recently chartered right here in Speedway, and as a special inducement to new members, anyone who joins the club during the showing of “The Unguarded Moment” and “Rock, Pretty Baby” will be given a free pass to a show at the Speedway Theatre, as well as a copy of the first John Wilder Fan Club journal. Also by special arrangement with John Wilder, as National president of his club, I have been authorized to grant a club charter to anyone who brings 10 members into the club. We believe that John Wilder is the type of teenager who should be in more movies and if we as teenagers get behind him, it will encourage Hollywood to make movies about real teen-agers and all the good things they stand for rather than the sensational type which has become all too common. I’ll be looking forward to seeing you at the Speedway Theatre, and I know you will be as impressed with John Wilder as I am. Alice McCracken, President Esther Williams Fan Club John Wilder Fan Club
