SESSION OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY BUILDING BEHIND SCHEDULE—Faced with increasing enrollments, Indiana’s four state-supported colleges and universities—l.U., Purdue, Indiana State, and Ball State—are $12,900,000 off schedule in State Legislature appropriations for the ten-year building program laid out in 1951 by direction of the State Budget Committee. In addition, there has been a loss of $12,597,200 in the original building program because of a 28 per cent increase to date in construction costs since 1951. The four schools are asking the General Assembly to provide in its 1957 and 1959 sessions for completion of the program through the originally scheduled appropriations plus the behind-schedule and construction cost increase amounts.

You don’t have to worry about rubbing through the surface. In laboratory tests, the paper has withstood 25,000 consecutive rubs on the same spot *
