For every dollar an eligible employee saves—within specified limits—the Company adds 10, 20 or 30 per cent depending upon whether the employee has 1,2, or 3or more years of Company service. VACATION PLAN— Employees are entitled to two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after 10 years, and four weeks after 25 years. RETIREMENT PLAN— This is a voluntary contributory Plan for eligible employees. It provides an income for life, with many liberal security provisions, for retired employees who participate. Moat of the cost is paid by the Company. PENSION PLAN— A retiring employee, aged 65 and with 15 or more years of Company Service Credit, will receive an income based on length of service and earnings. This plan, which also provides disability benefits, is paid for entirely by the Company.
