1. Is this a new, finished cemetery or a speculative promotion with many future promises? 2. Who are the promoters? What is their personal reputation? Are they local business men, well known in the community? 3. Investigate small print in contracts. What happens to your money if you miss a payment or two. 4. Beware if you are solicited and told that you should select a cemetery lot in one evenings time and not be given a chance to thjnk it over. 5 Does your agreement provide you the privilege of erecting a monument of your choice. Snow conditions often make a memorial raised above grass level very desirable. 6. Do they claim that you will save if you buy today and that prices will go up later?

CAUTION Because so many are asking about the salesmen from "Promotional" Cemeteries calling on them we publish these facts.

Floral Park is an old established nonprofit cemetery with an endowment fund in excess of that required by law.
