Hollywood Promenade HOLLYWOOD I see where Warner Bros, are dickering with Jack Dempsey for the film rights to “The Jack Dempsey Story.” A few months ago, Paramount planned to film his life story but gave the venture up when Jack demanded one million dollars n’us a percentage of the profits. Insiders say he is willing to accept a percentage now. Louella Parsons Is recovering nicely after suffering a heart attack. Too much dieting and exercising was blamed for the collapse. I understand she was reiucing too strenuously to stream’ine her figure for her new teevee show.

Here’s the latest on the Fernanio Lamas —Lana Turner incident. Fernando and Lydia have finally agreed on a property settlement. She’ll get a percentage of his future salary and custody of their Ive-year-old daughter. Neither of them would state what the percentage is. However, Lydia did say she would seek a Nevada divorce.
