Others on the committee are: Mrs. Irene Kern and Mrs. Rdbert T. Hill. Leaders Conference A reminder to fill in your registration blank for the Leaders’ Conference and to get it into the Scout office as soon as possible. The conference dates are set for Tuesday, February 19 and Wednesday, February 20 at the First Baptist Church, Meridian and Vermont. Each leader will bring her own nosebag lunch. Our Best Wishes. Troop News Girl Scout Troop No. 257 elected new officers this past week. They are: Janis Hash, president; Kitty Hill, vice-president; Wanda Sue Winners, secretary; Barbara Ann Marmaduke, treasurer. The troop is working on the bookbinding badge. Brownie Troop No. 301 held an election of officers Tuesday, January 8. The following girls were elected: Jo Ellen Haynes, president; Alice McCracken, vice-' president; Linda Messenger and Karen Ewing, patrol leaders. The Brownies are working on scrapbooks which will'be taken to the General Hospital when completed. Troop No. 122 has welcomed Emily Wiegel, a new member into the troop, and held Fly-Up Services for her. Plans are being made for troop camping in one of the State parks this summer.
