Young Settlers Sell Nuts The Young Settlers Class of the Speedway Christian Church will sell fancy mixed nuts again this year. Price 95c lb. Call Im. 2281. American War Mothers Food Sale The U.S.A. Chapter of American War Mothers will have a food sale, Nov. 11 at Sears Farm Store Lunch will be served there and food will be available to take home. There will be home made pies, cakes, baked beans, potato salad and chicken and noodles. The chapter asks the support of the public in this project. The money raised will be used for the Veterans in the hospitals or their families; also for bronze markers for the graves of the deceased members of the chapter. The sale will start at 9:30 a.m. Los Amigos Dinner The regular pitch-in dinner of the Los Amigos class will be held Sunday evening, November 12 at 6:30 o’clock sharp.
