District Scout Awards Special Awards which have been earned by the Districts of the Central Indiana Council, Boy Scouts of America, were awarded yesterday at the monthly Board Meeting by Governor Henry F. Schloss expressed his appreciation of the continuous support of the Community Fund which has made Scouting possible through the years.
