the gown are long and extend into bridal points. The bouffant skirt falls into a cathedral train. Her two-tiered veil of imported illusion falls from a tiara of pearlized orange blossoms. She will carry an orchid on a white prayer book from which will drop a shower of sweetheart rose streamers. The matron of honor will wear a gown of melody rose satin with a low neck and shirred bertha effect and tiny buttons will dot the front of the fitted basque. The full skirt with puffed peplum effect front and back is floor length. She will wear matching mits. The bridesmaids* drttMS are of the same style as the matron of honor. Mrs. Higbie will wear a
fuchsia gown and Mrs. Ferguson a mauve gown. All the attendants to the bride will carry nosegays of matching pompons centered with an orchid. The mother of the bride will wear tiel blue with biege accessories, and will wear an orchid. The altar will be decorated with cibotium ferns and an arrangement of white flowers and candelabras. The communion rail will be garlanded with greens and topped with an arrangement of white flowers forming a hedge effect A reception at the home of the bride’s parents in Speedway will follow the wedding. They will leave shortly after the reception for a trip to New York and Canada. The bride’s going away suit will be a brown gabardine with beige accessories. . Miss Rosner (attended Purdue University and is a member of the Delta Gamma sorority, and Mr. Brock graduated from Purdue and is a member of the Theta Xi fraternity. a person living outside of Speedway may enroll a child in the kindergarten, provided the child is five years old by October 31 and provided a tuition fee is paid. The charge for each child residing outside of Speedway win be eight dollars per month. This year, for the first time, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield hospital and doctors* plans of prepaying for hospital care and surgery have been made available to Speedway teachers. Twentysix teachers have enrolled in the plan. Physics and Chemistry laboratory tables have been shipped and are due to arrive any day.
