*■ CHICAGO Shown here is a truck shipment of cattle being unloaded from the recently completed' truck dock at the Chicago Stock Yards. The dock is the largest and most modern in the country. It covers an area of*2oo x 125 feet, all under roof. It has a capacity for unloading 15 trucks at a tune and is equipped with light-weight aluminum gates and non-slip concrete pavement. The new truck dock is part of an extensive “clean-up—build-up” program to assure the best service to shippers to the Chicago Market; It also meets the need of the increasing volume of trucked-in livestock, which last year comprised more than 60 per cent of the total receipts at the Chicago Stock Yards. “Men are really all alike,” She says. “That’s why nature gave them different faces, so we women can tell them apart.”
