YMC A Summer Camp For Boys ■ Boys who live in this neighborhood may go to the Flat Rock River Camp of the Indianapolis YMCA during two periods 'between June 1 and Sept. 1, William R Kuebler, executive secretary of the Southwest District Branch YMCA, has announced. A period for boys ages 9 to 13 has been reserved from June 24 to July 3 and a period for older boys has been set from June 6 to 12. However, oidy 75 boys can be enrolled for each period, Kuebler said, and the reservations will be given to the first boys to enroll. About half the enrollment is completed now, Kuebler said. The 109 acre camp is near St. Paul, Ind. Two modern cabins which were constructed last summer now make six buildings on the ground which house campers. A modern washhouse and sanitary system were also constructed in 1947. An artificial lake on the grounds is used for swimming. Boating and fishing is done in Flat Rock river. A large recreation hall provides space for inside activities during bad weather. • Cost of each 10-day camp is $17.59. Further information can be obtained by telephoning Mr. Kuebler at ID. 0075, or John Wilson, camp director, at the YMCA.
