CQMeHi' now is for our chiMrm I and ourselves. Many states and counties have wiped Rabies completely out, so can every other state and country but everyone must cooperate. Do your share. The town Board met with the officials of the Indianapolis Street Railways Monday evening, and the following changes were agreed upon providing they are agreeable to you people andlhe Public Service (Commission. . Ist: The loop routing will be changed to one direction at all times. Thia means that all buses coming out will go south on Main afreet It will not be necessary to go before the Public Service Commission to make this change so effective Wednesday, May 12 buses will go south on Main St 2nd: It was agreed with the above provisions that routing would be extended to Norfolk Street, South on Norfolk to 18th Street and directly East to Indianapolis. 3rd: Express buses which will cut about 25 minutes round trip travel time will be inaugurated. The outbound route will be north on Capitol Ave. to 18th Street and directly West to Bellview where regular stops will begin. Inbound will be express from Bellview in on 18th to Capitol Ave. and South on Capitol. Fares will be increased to 15 cents. Transfers will be given or accepted but when transferring to the express the extra five cent charge will be made above the regular transfer charge. Schedules will be observed, stops will be made for the convenience of Speedway passengers if requests for example, if someone wanted off at Methodist Hospital the operator would be instructed to stop. This will however do away with our present buses, no more locals, which might cause inconvenience to some. These are the things we want to know, so please let us know by card or letter whether the above proposals are agreeable or not.
