EXPRESS SERVICE ON BUSES SOUGHT Eight suburban routes have been designed by Indianapolis Railways for a start of express bus service in this city. The special service which has been in the planning stage for several years has been asked in a petition filed with the Public Service Commission. All-day express service would be provided on the following lines: Speedway, Mass HOI, Drexel Gardens, Rockville Road, West Waahington-Morris, Bost Road, Sunshine Gardens, and Kentucky-Tibbs. Express service would be operated from the downtown area to the “breakover point”, and then make local atop* over the rest of the route. Local service would also be provided with other equipment lor patrons along the non-atop section of the runs. The premium rate for the faster service would be 15 cents on some lines and 90 cants an others.
