Soften gelatin in 14 cup orange juice. Mix together .lightly beaten egg yolks, the sugar, salt, orange and lemon rind and milk. Stir and cook over boiling water until slightly chickened. Stir in gelatin. Remove from heat; then Mir in remaining 34 cup orange juice and the lemon juice. Chill until syrupy. Rub with vegetable oil a loaf pan about Bx4x3 inches deep. Beat egg white, until stiff, but not dry. Fold into syrupy gelatin mixture. Arrange in layer, in gMasirir pan with strip, of cake. Have cake on top and bottom. Chili until firm.
