Johnnie Freund, 5130 W. 14th St. CLUBS OFFERED 2 MOVIE FILMS BY TRANSIT COMPANY Two sound motion picture films are being made available by Indianapolis Railways for showings before civic and community organizations. The first to be released for public showing is a technicolor film entitled “Your Indianapolis,” which takes the audience on a sight-seeing tour of outstanding points of interest in the Hoosier capital. The camera visits many of the prominent public and private institutions, art centers, educational facilities, parks, monuments and recreation centers. Many of the historical and scenic spots in which Indianapolis residents take pride are vividly and colorfully portrayed. The film is considered particularly adapted for showing before women’s clubs, neighborhood organizations and parent-teacher clubs.

The transit firm also has ordered the nationally-prominent safety picture, “It’s Wanton Murder.” Produced by the American Transit Association, the film graphically presents the impact of the mounting toll of traffic accidents in the nation. Lowell Thomas, prominent radio commentator, is narrator. The film will be available at an early date and will be presented at luncheon meetings and before organizations interested in public safety. Showings of the two films are being scheduled by the Service Department of the Indianapolis Railways, which provides the equipment and a qualified operator. The telephone number is Riley 1403.
