For several .weeks cor-’ tain boys that live in our town have taking advantage of the hallowo'on spirit to commit acts which are really criminal and destructive of property. Accessories off automobiles have been stolen, silty languago has been written on windows with soap.or paraffinoj cars • have been pushed into people's yards* garbage has been dumped on some porches, etc. Everyone of these acts are criminal and are punishable by law. Wo- urge t-hat you know if your boy is taking part ir those supposod-to-be pranks. We are not opposod to good fun and pranks. Wo havo boon friends with boys too long for that, but wo hopo that vandalism will bo discontinued before arrests and finos aro made nocessary.
