-SPEEDWAY MEN'S CLUB-Thirty-five men gathered at the school, gymn last Monday night for two hours and a half of real wholesome fun and sociability. Three teams played volley-ball during the evening. Plans are being made to enlarge the scope of the-recreational program. A committee is planning the constitution and by-laws which • will be presented to the charter members very soon. The club will open its books for new members as soon as the constitution is accepted. Mrs. Lillie Perrine, a nieie of Mrs, Ida. .Marvel passed away last Friday afternoon from an attack of heart trouble. She had lived at 2611 W,- 10th St ~, and ,was a member of the Eighth Christian Chur ch.
