The Goshen Times says that on Saturday a twelve year-old girl left a baby cab with a two year old baby in it standing on the sidewalk at Elkhart and went inlo a store. A gust of wind took the cab off the sidewalk over the high curb, and uuder the feet of a team of horses hiiched to a lumber wagon. "The horses were badly seared, and began to plunge and elimb up on the sidewalk. A workman ecaught the baby and drew it from under the wagon just as one of the wheels rolled over the very spot where the child’'s head bad lain. The cab was broken to pieces under the wheels of the wagon.
