Jacob Lodowici has reopened the well known Ludowid corner, Sixth and Main streets, with an entire new stock of Boots aad Shoes—not an old shoe in the lot—bought at the lowest prices for cash and will be sold at the smallest margin of profit. Mr. Ludowid desires a call and inspection of his stock and prioes, satisfied that with his new goods and low prices he can give satisfaction, and eommand a large share of the trade.

As mentioned elsewhere the popular grocery firm of Wright A Kaufman has been dissolved. Mr. Peter J. Kaufman will oontinue the business. All who know him—and that's about everybody —know that he will not let the popu larity of the bouse suffer by the change. Seemingly a combination of springs, he is ever on the alert, securing the best table supplies in the market, and en deavoring to please all who patronize the house, .which is now filled with the choicest staple and fancy groceries, with daily supplies of fresh country produce, fruits and vegetables.
