Miss KITTY COON, after a lingering illness, died at the residence of her brother-in-law, Charles A. Ham matt, Wedneeday morning, in tbe 21th year of ber age. The body was taken to her former home, Yalatia, New York, for Interment, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Ham mutt,

MANY of our younger people will remember Mary Wilson, a sweet and interesting girl, daughter of Rev. J. G. Wilson, formerly psstor of tbe Second Presbyterian Church, this city. The ssd nows came this weak of her death from typhoid fever, at Fort Madison, Iowa, where she wss married.

MAYOR FAIRBANKS gives notice that if tramps annoy citizens by begging, tbey will, on complaint being made, be fed at city expense and put at work breaking stone or cleaning the streets. Let this order be enforced, and the fact generally known, and tramps will give this city a wide berth.

THE Ladles of tbe Aid Society began their annual calls this week upon citizens and housekeepers for contributions of money, food and clothing to aid them in their noble work, but owing to the bad weather and tbe sickness of several members, the work has been suspended until after Thanksgiving.

THE will of the late Curtis Gilbert was put on record this week. It divides the estate equally. between bis seven children, Joseph, Edward, and Henry, Mrs. Harriet Beach, Mrs. Mary Blake, Mrs. Ellen Warner and Miss Martha Gilbert. The executors are Joseph Gilbert, Edward Gilbert and John S. Beach.
