He fell upon bis head, causing such Injury to the spine that death ensued Thursday evening. The body was brought to this city for interment yesterday.

TUB City Council has re-enaoted an iron clad ordinance—there being some defect in the former one. Animals of the bovine species will not be allowed in any of the streets or alleys of the city between the hours of 6 o'clock p. and 7 o'clock a. m., in the winter months, or between 9 p. m. and 6 a. m.
