Two currents of electricity wero used —ono placed at the lower extremities of the body and tho other drawn along the arm, neck, (ice, and breast. Tho effect was wonderful tho eyes opened, (he face drew up as if in pain, the mouth Jerked to one side, the arm raised as if to strike, and the (1st clenched. The limbs also raised, and the toes and lingers worked, and once the bodyalinost turned to ono side. Tho arms wore next laid bare, nnd a current of electricity Introduced.
