The latest dispatches from Mexico say—but what is the use to try to make anything out of them? Kvery dispatch is a bundle of absurdities and contradictions. Every aruiy is in three or four places at once. Both sides are victorious and both utterly dofeated all ^thetiine. It is so every week, and there are but two facts of which we feel at all certain after reading these dispatches.
