Davis & Harris, of York, aro going into the manufacture of Dr. Davis' Pain Relief extensively, soon. Dr. Davis has made arrangements to have it manufactured in Terre-Haute, and expects to travel with it next fall and winter.
IT is evident that there is a lattent spark of admiration remaining in the breasts of tho people for Washington and Grant. An agent has sold three hundred copies of pictures of tho families of these two gentlemen in the city during the week.

LENT'S celebrated New York Circus will exhibit in this city Thursday, Aug. 18th. This celebrated troupe, which is permanently established in a splendid iron edifice on Fourteenth street, in the City of New York, will occupy the usual Summer vacation, during which the building is closed, with a grand excursion through the country. It should be distinctly understood that this is the only first class Circus in America, permanently established in a large city, conducted in metropolitan style, and which has acquired a metropolitan reputation.
