Ed Davison has been returned home from the hospital in Sullivan. He is Isome improved. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Miller spent the week end visiting in St. Louis. Mrs. Bertha Hale received word from Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hale of South Bend that they will be guests over the weekend. Mrs. Hale will accompany them to Indianapolis where she will re-enter Robert Long Hospital

for further treatments. The community sing ' will be held at Burris chapel Sunday afternoon. This is being held annually in remembrance of Hallie Wright., Rev. Jack Stewart, pastor, Rev. Stanley Sipis in charge. An invitation is extended to all. Revival services each night on the streets at Dugger. Come and help out in these unusual services.

Yesterday his soaring single against the 315-feet left field fence at Fenway Park brought in two runs for a 3 to 2 Yankee triumph over the Sox. That, and Cleveland's 5 to 4 loss to the St. Louis Browns, once again jolted the killjoys who keep waiting so anxiously
